From 1st to 3rd of September, our manager of R&D department was invited to the training courses of Electric motors especially for the related enterprises in Zhejiang University.with the support of the theoretical knowledge of the motor, it can help us solve problems more quickly and efficiently with scientific calculation.

The course was rich in content, included the basic principles of motor, cost control and the future of the motor industry digitization.Three days of training indicated that customer demand was still mainly around two aspects: the improvement of performance and reducing the cost. We exchanged views on the application of new technologies in the future durning the discussion. Most of the students(head of well-known motor-related companies) focused on the application of weak rare earth magnetic steel, switched reluctance motors, coreless motors, and axial flux motors, which had given us a lot of inspiration and also pointed out the direction for future research and development.
